How important is a bonus to you?

Do you make this (a bonus) a top reason to sign-up these days?

It's obviously a marketing mainstay.

Bonuses are good...why shoudnt the player get something back?...Online books save alot of Money compared with Books in Vegas that have buildings & more staff to pay...

That being said 5 DIMES has an excellent Bonus structure built into their software...NO CHANCE FOR DISPUTES...

You must complete your rollover before you get your free-play & you can see what percentage you are at anytime...this way there is no disputes in the Bonus...

I like bonuses from top flight books. For example, I got 20% at WWTS, a top book. I sent them the limit,and made an easy 500. My bank account pays 1%.The rollover is easy to achieve.If another top flight book makes an offer in the 15 to 20 per cent, I'll jump on it.

Pinnacle doesn't offer much of a bonus, but their reduced-juice is better than almost any bonus.

Wager $100 @ -110, you get $90.91 if you win.

Wager $100 @ -107, you get $93.45 if you win.

Doesn't take long for that $2.54 to add up!

I'd prefer having no bonus, rather than jumping through a million hoops to pull my money.
I think that bonuses were put into place by the books in order to keep your money in thier banks.

the bonus is a non factor. A variety of lines and props, and pick up the neteller fees everyonce and a while! (Free 1/2 point is also nice!)

if a SOLID book offers 20% I will take it over a solid book offering 15%...but ONLY if its some kind of short term special. But on the whole bonuses do not matter to much

I don't care about bonuses & prefer not to have them. I could make more in a shorter period of time without the bonus or restriction.

I think bonuses are more for the squarish type who tap out of funds faster imo.

I'll take a bonus anytime ! However it's not primary in importance !

Bonuses can be an important tool to someone trying to build bankroll, you eventually run out of shops, at least shops you want to play at !

At a certain point bonuses, become just that ... Bonuses... not a primary reason to play !

I like them, know their limitations. They are here to stay, IMO.

The books are already way ahead with -110, -107
or -105 juice. Say you deposit 1000 & get a 20%
bonus of 200 with a 5 times rollover {5 X 1200 =
6000}. And you wager 110 to win 100 on each game,
and do this about 60 times to meet the rollover,
with a 50% win-loss percentage {flipping a
coin}. If you don't bust you will lose about 300
on juice, so the books are not losing anything by
giving away the 200.

I'm not really swayed by bonuses, but I'd rather get a slow continuing deal than big one-offs with rollover requirements. MegaSB pays a monthly interest on your account, and Gamebookers refunds a portion of all bets (win or lose [must have a certain quantity of bets over a six-month period to qualify.]) Both of these are excellent programs that reward the long-term player, versus flashy high-percentage post-up bonuses with small print and rollover requirements.

That said, I do love the fact that chunky deposit bonuses probably lure a ton of n00b and idiot money (idiot money being team bettors and such) and if it weren't for those fools none of us who win would ever get paid.
