How hard is it for an Online Book to grade a bet?

ive had some bets pending that took place early saturday morning and were over by 7am saturday morning, yet still just show up in my pending bets. What does a book actually have to do to grade a bet for its system?

a pic of your avatar and it may get special rush service.

Or wait for someone to notify them, assuming you're not the
only one who bet on that prop with the book ;

usually just a wager they missed.....a quick visit to live chat will have it graded in minutes, usually...

ive talked to their live support twice and each time they said it will be shortly, the first time was 5pm yesterday, bets are still not graded, was just curious how much effort it took in a books software to actually do this.

The more remote/obscure the sport, the longer it takes for book to get official score.

ive had no problem cashing out with them, multiple times in the past few months, cant figure out how they are slowing playing these fights. I did really well yesterday on the nuggets game and all those went through in a matter of mins
