How hard are Sportsbooks getting hit with the Economy?

EVERY industry i know of has been getting their asses handed to them.

Though i barely hear about Sportsbooks shutting down, are the books really able to all weather this storm?

are more people gambling to try to make up lost wages? :think2:

I think a Very small dent has been made, but Nothing really to talk about.

I also think it has more to do with Trusting their Money Offshore.

More shot takers and stiffs abusing credit lines...

A lot more rogue agents taking shots also...

Players less trustworthy nowadays...

The economy is making people do strange things...

I would think things would could get bad. Winners will obviously keeping betting, but recreational players that always lose may cut back....

Marginal players 50/50 type players that lose a bit will lose more trying to replace income. good for books.
