i think both of you hit on it, Number #1 T Jones has been consistent the last 60 days, and as a mgr that is the thing you look at the most not if he is blowing it by the batters, Number # 2 as a former college pitcher myself i know as it gets late in the game the batters start to show a little more intensity and have got their timing down somewhat, and with best set up man in the game(prob the next best closer in the near future) you bring in Jones to follow zumya there is a drastic change in speeds where as if you follow up with rodney you get close to the samething you get with zumya, both are similiar in how they attack the batters and close in velocity, i dare say rodney is as good as zumya, but i will say if your sp can get thru the 6th inning in the playoffs i would hate to know i had to face rodney in the 7th , Zumya in the 8th, and T Jones in the 9th. sounds like a plan.
