I loved the Raiders going into Denver week 17 with Carr, now that he's out, Raiders wont get far at all in the playoffs. As for week 17, I think Denver wins & KC wins & gets the division crown.

It's hard to say how they'll do. I'll know more after the Denver game. The difference between McGloin of 2013 and 2016 are the offensive weapons and dominant O-line.

This is the kid who didn't receive an NFL combine invite after playing at Penn State.
If he plays with a bit of a chip he might do well. Once a team faces diversity such as this it makes everyone step it up a notch usually. They're in the face of huge odds but it'll be interesting nevertheless to see how they react.
