how does "chip dumping" work?

I think I know what it is as far as unloading your chips to another player, but how do players do it and get away with it?

the simplest way is you get a hand isolated between you and your buddy. he calls, you raise, he reraises and you fold.....some people make it very obvious by doing something like raising all but 1 chip then folding to the reraise ...that way they dont go all-in and risk winning the hand.

A few people get together and enter a tourney. The people all lose their chips intentionally to one person so that he has a much better chance of winning, and they split the proceeds.

Also they use Teamspeak = Online voice chat. You could have a few guys talking at the same table knowing when the other catches the nuts.
