Take Bryce Young over Stroud?…With all of the money put into the draft and scouting…is it an Alabama/Saban thing?…I hate to be a rush to judgment guy, but Young is a sack waiting to happen, can’t push it down the field, has a veteran o-line, while Stroud has zero running game, with an o-line in shambles until recently and a defensive minded head coach…sort of like taking Sam Bowie ahead of Michael Jordan!…okay, maybe a rush to judgement, but I have a feeling somebody could be sweating his job over this one!…

The average fan can draft better in the first 5 picks.....seems like the media dictates who is chosen 1st.

Stroud with 300+ again 2 TD, but 3 picks, most importantly a W…Young another pick 6 + a fumble lost, under 150 yards on 30 attempts (awful)…It’s so early, but Young has trouble just seeing over the line, he hasn’t passed the eye test for me in any game…

Not defending Young here but the Panthers O-line just flat out stinks. He rarely has time to do anything. Although Cowboys D-line is a monster in itself. Tough spot for the kid.

OK, I’ll agree 100% on the Dallas D, but Young has not looked like the overall #1 pick in any game this year IMO and he could become a solid/steady long term QB with a better team around him…but in terms of specifically taking him over Stroud?…I just don’t see it…

GMs panicking last several yrs into taking QBs with early first round picks, trading away multiple picks

Worse pick by far is Anthony Richardson at #4 tho they didn’t trade up for him he’s a terrible passer
