I know that sounds like a dumb question but I read recently that Nevada is one of a handful of states that has a law against wagering offshore. I think Hawaii, Minnesota and maybe one or two others do as well.
Obviously there are people that live in Vegas and use offshore accounts for sportsbetting, so the question is, is this law actually enforced, ever?
