how do you use the "quote" function...

I have been reading many threads the past couple of days. It seems like most everyone has been married four times, paying child support or they are divorced. Sounds like I'm in for some fun.

Not really sure, quessing it might work for posters using the old interface. When you log-in you have an option to use or not use new inter-face. The originally posted feature has never worked for me since I started using new IF.

Try typing "posted by" and then the username and then "

" ... works for me every time.

You don't have to use the virtually non-functional Infopop buttons to get the features to work.

I'm not sure which interface I am currently using but if you want the name of who posted the quaote in it at the bottom right hand side of each reply is a small file folder with a quotation mark (") beside it. Click that before opening up a reply window and the reply window will open up automaticaly with the quote and who wrote the quote.
