Not that I am about to go try this one,lol..

I am curious how this works, we have all these massage spa type joints all over the place ...they seem to be ran mainly by Asian business people, just from the names of these places....On the news every once in a while you will see mention that a massage parlor was busted....but they never seem to close up shop.

Do any of you guys go to these places and if so how does it work, I don't think you can just walk in and ask for a blow job, but maybe I am naive lol?

Do tell boys

I know in Atlantic City, you dont have to ask for anything, its assumed.

One drunk night not too long ago, on the cab ride home from the casino, myself and 2 friends asked the cabbie for a happening late night establishment. Not speaking too much English, he nods and takes us to this Asian massage parlor. We walk in and there are probably 8-10 girls lined up for us too choose from. My 2 buddies choose theirs and go off to seperate rooms. I respectfully decline and have a seat on the couch. The lady doesnt take no for an answer and goes and gets 5 more girls, and says these are the best we got, and damn were they hotter than the others. Mighty fine. Having blown all my money atthe casino I still wasnt interested and continued waitting for my buddies. They both had the same story to tell, but neither got a BJ just the hand release. No questions asked.

Walk in massage parlor and there is a room of girls to choose from and then you make your choice. They offer a cigar and a bath, then you lie down on a nice soft table, face down while they do the massaging. When the time is about half done they ask if you like special. You say yes. About the summary of a japanese parlor.

i would compare it to finding a "local" for your plays.

the best way to get a "local" is to have a friend who plays with the local - refer you to the local.

a friend of mine went to a "place" in some So. Cal city that gave massages. he went with someone who had been there before - and knew how to ask for more. once my friend went - and saw how to ask for it - and they got a look at him - when he came back by himself he was able to get "more" without the friend.

We'll I didnt partake in the activities, but it was 60$ for the first 1/2 hr. Then when in there they asked them if they wanted "more" and that cost them another $40 I think.....pretty sure I wouldn't pay 100$ for a hand jobber.

Not sure on any other options, but I am sure if you'd pay more than 100$ you would get more.

In younger and unmarried day, a couple of us went to hooker section of town. The girls ask if we were cops and tolds us to touch her. stupidly we just touch her arm, instead she took our hand and put under her dress on her pu--y, I guess legally that proves we were not cops.

Authorities trying to rub out errant massage parlors By DOUG MCMURDO AND BENJAMIN SPILLMAN LAS VEGAS *************** 11/15/2011 10:41 PM
Henderson Mayor Andy Hafen heard plenty of horror stories before voting Tuesday to get tough on errant massage parlors.

But one story repeated by several nearby residents stood out.

It seems that when they walked by one particular parlor with their children while on the way to a local Dairy Queen, their kids saw things they shouldn't have seen.

"It's a bad problem," said Hafen, adding that it's a problem city officials intend to fix by pulling the business licenses of violators, possibly after a single violation.

Although Tuesday's unanimous City Council vote for the ordinance was preliminary, the council is expected to give its final OK on Dec. 6.

The massage parlor prostitution problem, though, doesn't belong only to the second biggest city in Nevada. Las Vegas, the state's biggest city, is poised to take similar action.

Earlier Tuesday the Las Vegas City Council's recommending committee voted to forward a measure that would set new standards for massage or "reflexology" outlets to weed out those that provide far more than a back rub.

For many people, the issue transcends illegal prostitution. They say some of the women who work in those places have been kidnapped from other countries and are forced into being sex workers.

HENDERSON'S PROBLEM

Henderson police in the past have arrested workers at questionable massage establishments for solicitation, but the owners have managed to escape accountability after claiming ignorance. The city hopes to remove what they call a loophole allowing that to happen.

A quick review on Craigslist didn't yield evidence that any of the massage businesses in Henderson blatantly advertise massages with so-called "happy endings," but one of them came close. The ad for Horizon Spa touts its Asian massage with services including deep tissue, body scrub and Swedish and Shiatsu massage, all legitimate techniques.

But the ad also offers free "table showers" and something called "sweet 4 hands" with prices ranging from $50 to $55 an hour.

The ad ends with this open-ended enticement: "Want more? All you need to do is ask. No worries."

Horizon Spa is in a strip mall on Horizon Ridge Parkway at Carnegie Street. From the outside Tuesday, it looked like it might be closed, with muted lighting that casts shadows on overstuffed couches.

A sign on the door directs customers to ring the buzzer for access. An Asian woman wearing a black miniskirt, high heels and heavy makeup answered.

She said her name is Rose. She didn't ask a single question but led this reporter -- who was holding a notebook and pen in his hand and wore a newspaper ID badge around his neck -- to another dimly lighted room with a bed inside, not a massage table.

After a few pointed questions, she said she provides massages and nothing else.

When told that the City Council thinks businesses such as hers often are fronts for prostitution and that employees might be victims of human trafficking, she made a quick phone call to the manager, who declined to comment.

Later, it was learned that police arrested a woman working at Horizon Spa on allegations of soliciting sex in a sting operation about two weeks ago.

TARGETING THE LOOPHOLES

There are about 40 massage outlets licensed to do business in Henderson. Many of them are legitimate, said Hafen, but many others are not.

When the city's 18-month-old investigation is completed, officials hope to shut the myriad loopholes that are in the current codes.

"We want to make sure we do this right," said Hafen. "We knew loopholes exist."

Hafen also said legitimate massage outlets will be included in the process. "We don't want to hurt the ones that do things the right way," he said. "Just the illicit ones." "This is not the kind of activity we condone," said Bud Cranor, the city's communications director. He said the city's approach will encompass civil and criminal codes, business license codes and public health and safety.

The amendment clarifies that it is unlawful to "engage in or solicit sexual activity" on site. Owners who violate it could lose their business license. Cranor said the push to crack down on these businesses began two years ago when the city prohibited them from operating around the clock. The city also banned such businesses from using one-way mirrors on storefronts that allowed employees to see if police were outside and also prohibited employees from living on site or wearing revealing clothing. "This isn't a knee-jerk reaction to a couple of bad apples," said Cranor.

LAS VEGAS MEASURE ADVANCES It would be more difficult in Las Vegas to use a massage parlor or reflexology clinic as a front for illegal prostitution if a proposed city ordinance goes into effect. The City Council's recommending committee supported the measure, which could go before the council as soon as Dec. 7.

Councilman and Mayor Pro Tem Stavros Anthony, a former Metropolitan Police Department vice captain, proposed the ordinance in an effort to reduce human trafficking, which often involves illegal prostitution.

"Really the crux of this is a lot of these businesses are taking in women who have been kidnapped from other countries," Anthony said Tuesday.

Massage therapists are already licensed and regulated by state government in Nevada.

The city ordinance would require massage business operators to post therapists' licenses and rates and limit operation to between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m.

It also would require health inspections as a condition of doing business in the city, require doors to rooms where massages are taking place to be unlocked, prohibit video and audio recordings in massage areas, prohibit mirrored or tinted glass in massage areas, and require a manager to be on the premises at all times.

"If they want to try to be places of prostitution what the ordinance does is make it more difficult for them," Anthony said.

He said he got the idea from discussions with leaders of Bamboo Bridges, an anti-human trafficking organization based in Las Vegas.

"This ordinance is not just about Asian massage parlors, it is about the massage industry," said Kathleen Berquist, board secretary for Bamboo Bridges. "We believe this ordinance will help fight the problem of women being exploited."

Troy Massage Parlor to Remain Closed After Prostitution Charges

The Troy City Council on Monday approved a resolution to revoke a 2011 massage parlor license at Recovery Spa to affirm the city’s decision to close the business last December after an investigation by Troy Police uncovered multiple ordinance violations.

The business owner, Ok Suk An, of Sterling Heights, was charged with providing a location for illegal purposes, and two employees have been charged with prostitution. Criminal proceedings are pending.*

At the public hearing, Troy Police Capt. Keith Frye discussed several ordinance violations at Recovery Spa, located at*1975 E. Maple Rd., including failure to prominently post a license and price rates and furnishing and providing a place for unlawful acts.

"On Oct. 24 we received a tip that Recovery Spa was not the regular spa you would go to," Frye said. "Several individuals said they received massages involving sexual acts."

On Dec. 14 two employees at Recovery Spa were arrested and the business closed Dec. 19 after the city suspended its license, City Attorney Lori Grigg Bluhm said.

The council's vote to revoke the license is more of a symbolic gesture that validates the city's decision to close the business last year, Bluhm said. The license officially expired on Dec. 31, 2011.*

"We received complaints and they were verified... illegal activity was taking place," Bluhm said.

Ok Suk An's attorney, J. Kim Welch, said at Monday's council meeting that the business was unfairly targeted. Welch said the prostitution charges were false and that Troy is "biased against Korean business owners."

Welch defended his client, saying Ok Suk An does not have a criminal record and has lost thousands of dollars since the business closed. He also cited the 14th Amendment and said the city acted without due process.

"We dispute any allegations that this was racially motivated," Bluhm said in response to Welch's presentation.

Recovery Spa has submitted an application for a license renewal and the city has 60 days to approve it, pending a background investigation and the adjudication process.
