Sometimes it's good to get a good drunk when you losing weight.
There is something recently discovered called the whosh effect .
Basically what happens sometimes when you lose alot of fat rapidly when your fat cells deplete they can be replaced by water .
So if you lose an ounce of fat but that fat cell is replaced by an ounce of water you can step on the scale and think you are not making any progress .
This don't last forever. Eventually the water drops out that's why you can weeks and weeks without losing anything then all of a sudden you step on the scale one day and you lose 3 or 4 pounds overnight . That means you had a whosh effect.
Alcohol can force this to happen if you drink enough.
Have you ever been on a diet and got drunk then the next day you wake up and weigh 5 pounds less? That's the reason.
