You click on your print screen key and then paste it on a word document or else...

those programs are moronic. They only waste system resources.

Press "print-screen" on your keyboard.

Open up ANY image program and make a new document and press "ctrl-v" (paste)

Best program to do this with (image program) is irfanview.
