Why should Barnett have lost his job? Did any of his players get convicted of rape? Last time i checked its innocent until proven guilty. Sure he made a couple of dopey quotes about the female kicker Hnida, but thats it.

I always liked Barnett, I just couldn't believe my ears and I thought for sure he was toast...I couldn't believe right in the middle of it all he was aggressively attacking people....When he was temporarily suspended I thought for sure that was the end of him...
I am sure this is more common then we all realize, these crazy recruiting tactics, wild parties, drugs, who knows what else...I think Colorado will struggle to win 6 games, and its a shame for the school, they had been flirting with returning to the consistency they had back in the 90's, under you know who

Actually, Barnett has done a better job than Neuheisel has in restoring the program since McCartney left..He got them to 2 Big 12 championships (winning one of them) and there were a couple hundredths of a percentage point within going to Natl champ game. Neuheisel was also unable to win the Big Game (Nebraska).
