I'll hate myself for Starting this Thread .. But I can always move it later

Anyway ............................

Bush closed the Borders after 911, and went to extreme vetting for 6 Months I think ?

Trump doing it for 90 Days +

So what's the difference ??

Do we need to have a Plane Hit a Building before Trump can do it ?

I hope we can have a normal conversation about this ....

Well it Does bother me that Nobody brings it up.
Instead all they do is jump on Trump

These Protests and marches will never End .. doesn't matter if Trump saved the World ( not sure he could or would )
He can even give out Free Phones... or give them Everything they want... and they would still say he's doing a Bad job !

I guess after 911 there was more "Fear" because it Hit Home.

Unfortunately, there is a large percentage of people that will never give him a chance and he will never do anything right in their eyes on the flip side there is a large percentage of people that will praise him no matter what. Both groups can't seem to stand each other and criticize the other side to no end, when in fact they are very similar and equally blinded by their convictions.

The ban and extreme vetting is a good idea.

It's pretty much the only thing Trump has right.

All his other nonsense with the wall and joke of a cabinet, his fake drain the swamp stuff, the lock her up stuff....is a total disaster but the ban is a good thing. Let's not pretend it's a temporary ban though. It's likely to be made permanent

Obama never did it during his 8 years and never had 911 type attack.

Maybe had Bush taken CIA warnings of bin Laden hijacking planes more seriously instead of golfing and vacationing, 911 would just be another date.

Also very good points. Everything we see now.....goes back to 9/11 and the bush response. It will go down as the worst decision in history to go into Iraq.

I don't agree with the total ban, as in people who travel with visas for work, school whatever the case, or people who are already residing in the U.S. But, for anybody new, yes I agree with the ban until they can come up with a better policy to vet the people coming into the country. Terrorists are traveling all over disguised as refugees. If you can't be vetted, I'm sorry but you don't come. Those who were previously allowed entrance should be given fair warning that they will be vetted again under the new system. It's unfortunate that it has come to this, but I think this ban is the only way to majorly decrease the risks of allowing in foreign terrorists. Thanks Bush!

yeah it's kinda crazy the lack of respect people have for anything now days

but since 2001 we have had a lot of spoiled undisciplined snowflakes kinda grow up well at least get older

and with their whole life consisting of nothing but the internet and a me me me attitude lead to a whiner generation

take away the net and phones and these people would be lost

I agree it's a matter of time before something is planned and if we don't try to prevent now they will say Trump did nothing , he let this happen. A no win situation with the raindrops or is it snowflakes state of mind

I am seeing stories on twitter of people being turned away who were already on the way here.

A director was turned down and now he can't attend the Oscars.
