???? Are you kidding. You must be. White Americans can be few and far between as big-time MLB stars.

This, I believe, was a major mistake by MLB. Tony was the best hitter in MLB since forever (Ted Williams). Should have been remembered. Again political correctness wins out. Some dumbass was afraid people would take exception and think some complete half-ass (compared to Gwynn) should have been honored also.
