How can you vote for someone who is for partial birth abortion

What he is FOR is making sure that if a woman for any reason chooses to terminate a pregnancy, she, the doctor, her husband or other family members who may have helped pay for the procedure, the clinic workers and more will not be prosecuted as murderers and subject to execution by the state.

Would you mind showing me a quote where any senator that voted for the partial birth abortion ban has said that he/she supports charging 'mothers' with murder and executing these people?

I can vote for him because I can think of at least 100 issues that matter more to me. On this subject though part of my concern is that to insure the no-abortion stand of a judge, Bush will appoint someone that basically will say you have no rights either. He won't pick someone that they might miss with, they will pick someone as sure as can be that will be staunchly anti-abortion and that almost always yields someone that is cut from the Pat Buchanan cloth. SHOTGUN, I was responding to Truthteller's posts both in this thread and some others where he equates abortion of any kind, but especially PBA, as being equivalent to 'murder', 'Hitler-like atrocities' etc.

I realize that you might not view it in this fashion, since most people do not. But for those who view it as TT does, I ask if the penalty should be execution?

And if not, then what should the penalty be for those who participate in terminating a pregnancy if you believe it should be illegal?

Penalty should be the same as what they have for murderers of adults in the cases for PBA.

PBA, the baby's legs are grab with forceps. The doctor delivers the entire baby except for the head. Then scissors are then jammed into the baby's head to open a whole then a suction tube is inserted. The child's brains are then sucked out causing the skull to collapse. The dead baby is then removed.

If that is not murder, then nothing is.

Or will you include those who performed the procedure and those who helped finance it?

And don't forget those women who wouldn't have done it unless intimidated into it by a man.

Should all of them be subject to execution for their involvement in a PBA?

Doctors and the woman should be charged for murder.

If it can be proved that someone gave her money to commit this murder then they should serve some time too just like any other murder case.
