for the time interval you need the page refreshed at. Just pass the url to
IE in the command line. It works, but if you want it to say check every 5
minutes during the last half hour, you'll have to setup six or so
schedules.
Another way to refresh the page is to create a macro. You could do it with
any of the MS OFfice suite of apps, if you have Office.
The better way is to get a good macro application rather than fork out for a
tool. It's better because you can use it for
more than one thing. I use Automate.
