How can we grade Horses?

Hi guys, If you haven't noticed DRF, Equibase and Brisnet websites aren't working, I would like to know I you could help me with other ways to grade the horses cause I think this wont be solved today,

There is a site www.picksandplays.com that makes their graded selections, every horse every race on the track's card. The site is a pay site thou. Give it a look see. Sign-up is free. They give one free track selection every day. Not your choice... their choice.


Also ---- free site www.horsetrackace.com they pick four horses in each race but no saddle numbers available.

I knew how to grade horses at age 9...what's the problem?

LOL, the problem is that I need the race starting times to grade them, and I don't have that info cause the websites aren't working, do you know where to find the starting times?

Try calling the CRIS horse department for help and explain your situation...pretty sure they will help..
