Is everybody running around scared shitless that some Muslim bustout is going to blow himself up over there in Athens? I've been watching some of it. I still haven't seen any terrified looks or fear-crazed expressions on the faces of athletes or spectators. Maybe the media isn't doing it's job properly. People are seeming to forget that the whole world is living in danger of the whims of religious zealot bustout Muslims. Maybe we should raise the terror level or start having curfews or something. People have to start realizing that we are all still living ONLY because Al Qaeda is allowing us to live.

I think the seats will fill as the athletics/field stuff starts.

From memory...

August is actually during the period when the more wealthy abandon Athens, because of the heat and pollution in the bowl/valley.

JackDee will be able to confirm/deny.

There are a TON of empty seats.

The reason is because people do not want to get blown up for no good reason.

I was reading an article today in the Evening Standard and basically it said that Greeks arent so passionate about sports in the first place (football and bball are the exceptions)- only when it is their team playing they tend to show up...not like Australians or Americans who are more sports crazy. I thought it was interesting, maybe some truth behind it. Probably terrorism plays a part but not as much as some people here are implying.

They need more events like women's beach volleyball. I just got done watching these hot American dikes beat these two beautiful Czech girls in front of a packed house. After every point Walsh smacked Misty May's beautiful, meaty ass. When they won the match she gave her two hard licks on her right butt check that left hand marks. Sweet Lord, it brought a tear to my eye. The points were actually fun to watch too. They had some great rallies, but the ass-smacking is what stole the show.
