Can someone tell me what the proper disposition of this bet would be in Vegas or the online books? Is it what the score was at the end of the 5th or a wash or what?

yes... the game can go more innings and houston could have put up some runs in theory. theres no way to grade that as a loss no matter what. but i guess thats why you got to read the fine print
