Who thinks Houston +6 and Chicago +8 are fair selections? I need them to complete this parlay. And now I wish I made five selections instead of seven..

I know. Just watch the Celtics win by ten. I was on them yesterday. I was thinking Chicago would lose by six or so. Everything that was supposed to happen yesterday will probably happen tomorrow.

Thanks. I did it when I was blazed haha. I didn't think Phillly would win but I had to take some sort of shot with them since Orlando hasn't been healthy lately. How would you go about hedging this efficiently?

If you wanna hedge which I think you should then I would atleast put either 250 or 300 on Portland and Boston spread. That way no matter what you will still win 250-300 bucks no matter what

few hundo on the celtics -7.5 , if bulls cover then double up on port -5.5 ... buy a half point for each incase it lands on the number you win your bet and parlay stays alive. worst case scenario your up a few hundo.. On the flip you could let it ride all the way or at least until the port game so you can split it down the middle for $500 or so.. Either way hopefully you walk away from it with some well deserved cash... GL with whatever you decide :money8: :toast:

Houston +6 is logical (they match up well with Portland). Chicago +8 is a little risky considering good teams usually bounce back after loses like that, but still a pretty good pick. I would be concerned with picking Philadelphia though, they really got lucky tonight. They went 0-3 against the Magic this year, I just don't see them stealing another game in Orlando. Maybe I'm wrong. Best of luck to you.

All of these games were from earlier on today/tonight except Houston/Portland and Chicago/Boston so the Philadelphia pick was already won. It is just down to those two now. :toast:

I have a measely $95 in my account right now, the spread is Chicago +8.5 right now and Portland -5.5. I should buy to Boston -7.5 for about half my balance then if it fails, the rest on Portland -5.5?

definitely.

Do you think I should buy to Boston-6.5 and have a chance of winning the bet as well as Chicago +8? Then throw the rest on Portland? How about buying any points with the Trailblazers down to -3.5, and hold on to the possibility of winning the parlay and the straight bet?

you have alot of options here but the size of your roll makes it a somewhat difficult situation... yes I would recommend buying a point or so to keep the door cracked open for an opportunity to middle the bet.

I'm not gonna tell you how to spend your money, but if I were in this situation with the bankroll you have this is what I would do-- I would buy Boston down to -7 , put most of the roll prob 60-70 or so on it.. if Chicago covers I would jus tap out on Portland-6 (too much juice to buy points at this stage), and hope to god that Houston covers.

with this strategy you could actually end up losing money if both chi and port covered-- which would be absolutely horrible.. but with that being said, that is how I would probably go about this situation.

Chi +8 is extremely risky.. Its terribly hard to win two road games in a row in the playoffs..

If the Celtics win, they will likely cover.
