Obviously this is unlikely to happen but i think there is still value in that number 80% on dodgers or so what you think?

I don't understand runlines. What does it mean? In this scenario Houston would have to win by less than 1.5 points?

-1.5 means they have to win by atleast 2, +1.5 means they can lose by 1 and you still get paid.

That's what I don't get. You would think -1.5 means less than.

And to be honest I think the Padres will get a win tonight. Losing three straight at home? If it's +315 it's worth taking a shot even as a small bet. Hell I might put some money down.

here's an easy way. just subtract 1.5 off the final score of the team u picked then see if your team has higher number. if it does u win! lol
