Horse Racing Handicapping Software & More

All, can anybody recommend horse racing handicapping software? I tried a couple products from Brisnet.com & 2minutes2post.com. I typically bet only Saratoga & Belmont, does that matter with handicapping software? Also, if anybody can explain why inner rail placement has an effect on a race and why? Saratoga recently made a rail placement change and I am convinced it wrecked my bets. Thanks!

Not well versed on the rail placement, but it can help speed and hurt closers depending on where the rail is set. I am also under the impression that it can effect run up times. As for software I do not personally use the following products but here are some I am aware of: HTR, Betmix, and Optixeq. GL at Saratoga rest of the meet.
