horse race on-line fine / offshore book

Any recommendations re: an offshore book that does a good job with horses and has a feed. I've heard of Ubet.com but for some reason my dsl finds it and timesout... won't hookup. "Advantage sportsbetting" works good but know nothing about them. Any suggestions Thanks a lot.
