Can anyone on here offer feedback on what are some good websites for horse betting news, analysis, and expert picks?

Also, as far as betting, in your opinions, what are the best (and worst) websites to place bets with?

Ok, tonight I won a Trifecta on TheGreek.com that was supposed to pay me $163.10 but I was only paid $99. I found out later that "exotic bets" only pay 100/1, yet I'm risking $24 per race boxing the Trifecta. Did I just get completely screwed or is this common on websites?

it's very common..that's why u should either head to the track or an otb or find a site that pays track odds...

Greek did not screw you, that is their policy and is posted before hand.
Best to play you exotics at the track like cocktail noted.

No minimum wager that I know of to view races. I have watched races on the site even if I didnt place bets that day.
