Horrendous coaching by Tony Sparano lost this game...nothing else (maybe Ted Ginn Jr.)

I have not seen worst coaching in a very long time.

I don't care how long the Dolphins held onto the ball for, if you can't coach when the game matter most, you do not belong in the NFL.

I don't even think I would trust Sparano coaching a bunch of 5 year olds.


How in the world do you settle for a run play on 3rd and 6 in the 4th quarter with 3:30 left in the game with Peyton Manning on the other sideline?

HOW ABOUT AT THE END OF THE FIRST HALF? YOU ONCE AGAIN SETTLE FOR A FG INSTEAD OF FOR IT ON 4TH AND 1 AND YOU GIVE MANNING 40 SECONDS TO SCORE HIS OWN FG?


Yes I lost 100 Units tonight and I'm sour as hell but I can't stand watching a bad coach completely ruin a game that should have been won. Does this piece of shit retard not watch NFL games on his days off to know what Manning does in the 4th quarter of games???

And Ted Ginn Jr. you need to take some pass catching classes, stop being such a pussy.

Not to pass the blame but Dan Henning calls the plays. The guy is very talented but his hands are tied. He obviously has zero faith in Pennington throwing beyond the line of scrimmage on an obvious passing down.

finally someon saw what i did first off mista i followed your play and went huge on the ml with the fins. With 4 min left fins were 1st and 1o from the 45 and they throw a quick pass to gin for no yards 2 and 10 then get 4 yards on and end around to williams 3rd down and 6 and they fucking run the fb up the middle to get in fg range what the fuck i dont get it . Then the rest is history manning scores in 30 seconds. That is where the game was lost by the coaches. Pennington has to audible or something.....something was really weird i cant figure it out

Manning has been scoring on half ending or game ending drives with 30 seconds left for years and years.

Like I said...I don't understand how an NFL coach doesn't know this. I guess we watch more football than him.

Anyways I'm done venting for the night, this is tough to bounce back from but we all have to do it.

I feel you Flava, this game stings me more than most I've watched. Totally dominated the Colts and up 20-13 and somehow you give up a quick TD. Up 7 with Phins +3 and 10 min to go you should be ok. Worst case scenario is a push! Clark is an awesome tight end but I dunno how the Def. Corid lets that one player beat you!!

At worst they should've gave up a tying field goal 23-23 and Miami pushes. But to give up a fucking 40 yard screen pass on horrible angles and tackling is pothetic!

i was on indy and thought miami had this.
they dominated every aspect of game.
the nfl is tough league to bet on.
honestly, i just took the better team and qb.
i think you had this pegged right and it showed in the stats.
but know how the saying goes... "sometimes i'd rather be lucky than good..."
also, you can do all the research in the world, but peyton manning is one of the best qb's ever...
he can read any defense and break them down, that's why i thought it was ballsy for the 100 unit game...

Guys im getting tired of this already i killed college football woke up sun morning and went big on patriots and lost then when i lost that i chased and went all in on the san fran over the over was 39 and they had 30 ponts with 12oo min to go in the 3rd and only scored 3 hawks had 1st down and and goal from the 13 and wallace throws 4 straight incompletions then i take big 2 team parlay with giants and over and hit. So i put all of it on fins tonight nfl has kicked my ass and i am worn out got to change something i dont even want to wager anymore :>(

Who called the timeout on 3rd down near the end of the second half?

Miami gifted Indy 3 points there.

An person with average intelligence would of had Miami into the locker room up 13-10.

I feel your pain. I had a 200-1 parlay that ended with this game (Cincy, Houston, Chicago, Giants, Miami, all ML).

Miami lost 1 minute and 13 seconds and a timeout on those two moronic run plays to start the last drive. Totally inexcusable. Even if you want to mix in a run to keep the D off balance, you have to have the next play already called so they can hurry up and save time. It's just common sense, I mean, if it's your job to run a football team you might want to think about these things every now and then, f&%#.

Oh well, at least I hedged a decent chunk of it.

That was the worst coaching I ever saw.. it goes so much further than just the opening plays/time management of the last drive of the game (which were absolutely horrible.. 2 run plays to gain 4 yards, and letting the clock tick all the way down before calling a TO to avoid a delay of game.. wtf?)

I was disgusted to see them settle for the FG at the end of the first half.. Peyton gets them into FG range there 75 percent of the time if not more with 2 minutes left. But their last fg drive that let the Colts get the ball back for the winning TD was pathetic.. you dont run on 3rd and 6 when you are already in fg range. Just flat out bad
