I know you dont bet Syracuse games but what is your opinion on tomorrow night's game in Providence? I know the Friars have played pretty well lately, but I still lean toward the orange tomorrow catching a couple points. Your thoughts?

I am leaning hard to Nova +4 at the Spectrum bro.......would like your thoughts on that one. Also, I am leaning hard to Wake....I may just play Wake & Nova only tomorrow in CBB.

Really thinking of doing a nice ML parlay tomorrow, you can get nice value with the 'Cuse ML thrown in there if your on Cuse tomorrow.

Was thinking a 3-4 teamer... 'Cuse, Louisville, Uconn, Florida/WVA

wow Wake getting 2 at home??? This is your speciality Homedawg, not often you get an elite team like Wake getting points at home. Riding with you hard on this one, love Wake, I think too much on the inside for DUke to handle by Wake.
I would've played Wake -2 in this game, but you're giving Wake 2 points, all day.

just read that Rautins is out don't know if it is correct though

That is correct. Rautins is going to be out for the foreseeable future. Severely sprained his ankle last game. Didn't look good at all. Is still in a hard walking boot, on crutches. For anyone that has played basketball before sprained ankles are the worst. They say it is sometimes better to just break it. I severely sprained early my sophmore year in college, and really wasn't at 100% until the end of the season. Really a bitch to play with. So Rautins is out, and also thought it would be worth mentioning that Arinze Onaku did not practice yesterday. Not really sure what is wrong with AO, but he is not right either. Plus the hip pointer that cause Devendorf to miss a game is still bothering him. If anyone saw the wrap he played against Louisville with, it was sticking out the side of his jersey. This team is pretty banged up right now. Rautins has arguably been their best player the past 2 weeks so he will sorely be missed. Arinze will be the biggest mis match tonight so if he isn't ready to go there could be some problems. Providence relies a lot of the 3 so they may be able to shoot Syracuse out of the zone. I don't know I just don't have a good feeling about the game tonight. I am thinking Providence may win. I hope i'm wrong though.

Major mis match in the Pitt - Nova game. Nova's major weakness is that they don't have a true center, and struggle against bigger teams on the glass, and with post defense. I really think Blair is going to have a field day in the paint. Cunningham has developed nicely, but most of that is on offense, plus he is really a power forward. They won't have anyone near matching Blair on the glass. Really think they can hurt them there. Nova's guard could give Fields some problems with their quickness, but Fields is tricky and has learned how to get by without being the fleetest of foot. It always seems Nova disappears in big games too. These are the games I love to bet, but i'm going to stay away from this one.

With Pitt they have also protected Fields lack of quickness by having Dixon guard the opponents quicker guard. I know it is tempting to like Nova getting points at home, and I know that I am biased but Pitt is really the real deal. They have everything you need to be a great college team. Blair is a monster underneath, Young is an NBA power forward who can shoot threes, Fields protects and distributes the ball so well. Dixon can guard and has a decent 3 pt shot. In the typical Howland/Dixon mold every player on this team plays defense. Also for the first time in a long time they can score in transition which is huge in light of the glass cleaner Blair getting all those rebounds. That makes for some easy baskets. I would tread lightly betting against this Pitt team.

HD I know with Wright State you observed and won some money on them with first half and second half totals, I haven't done the research but it seems to me that Pitt has unbelievable been in covering second half lines. If you like Nova maybe just play them in the first half as Pitt has play games close in the first half and then smoke them in the second half. GL to all.

Hope is not a strategy.

BOL HD. Was with you on most plays last night but played texas. I'm a bit of a homer when it comes to the horns. I'm sure you'll bounce back today.

Illinois St - Guard quickness, ability to close out on N Iowa 3 point shooters, overall edge in athleticism should be enough for win.

Florida St - Ability to match up with UNC front line, size, and defense should keep them close

Cincinatti - Should win battle on the boards, and the game.

Chattanooga - Guards match up well. Not afraid.

Wake Forest - Overall size, and athleticism edge. Should control paint, and get the win.

how about the cuse under 157 tonight...boeheim will definitely slow the pace down with the cuse being shorthanded. it's their only chance. especially the first half under because the game should still be close and the tempo won't get out of hand

I'm really liking S FLA +16.5. Any lean on that game Dawg? Seems like a ton of points to a team that has really playing well lately and hung with both Pitt and WV on the road. They did get lose by 14 at home to Louie earlier this season.
