Murray St is a team that likes to get out and run. They play a full court press, that likes to set the tempo. They are usually pretty good at getting teams to get into their style of play. They have the athletes that fit right into this system. Their long, athletic, and can score. As for Arkansas St, new coach John Brady is more defensive minded, but this is a team full of bad habits. Last year they were pitiful at every aspect of the defensive game. Opponents shot at a very high % from the field, and from 3 point range. You can't expect Brady to come right in and change a culture that has been there for years. Arkansas St is dangerously thin in the backcourt so I fully expect them to have trouble with Murray St pressure defense. The lack of back court leadership will have a tough time controlling the tempo of the game, and will lead to many easy buckets for the Racers. However the one thing about pressing teams is once you break the press you usually get an easy bucket at the other end. Anyways I expect Murray to control the tempo of the game from the onset and get this one up in the upper 70's and 80's.
