i don't believe an actual number is set, but after only 2 rehab starts it is tough to think he will be pushed with the Indians out of contention to anything more than 85 pitches IMO. Carmona isn't exactly a strike out pitcher. He gives up a lot of ground balls which plays right into the Twins strength in speed. I am expecting Minn to put up a big number against him then go to work on the bull pen for about 5 innings.
journeyman pitcher for the Mets just looking to give them 5 innings or so. bullpen has been shaky lately. Pinero has pitched very well this yr and it's one of those lines laying the short juice with the home favorite that just never seems to hit. more of a gut feeling than any of the other plays. GL tonight
