I think ppl need to grow up man.... sure he labeled it as a game of the year and judging by his analysis seemed that way.... Me like others lost $ on it but ... wat can you possibly do that will bring that money back... i kno NOTHING!... He like all of us are just ppl posting our plays... no one is telling you to tail them... So its not his fault but yours ! .... And if you still hate on him.. then fade his plays.. and check your record than ! hahaha

And its easy to tell that the majority of the bashing are from ppl who are new or relatively new to the rx.... so homedawg don't take it to heart... jus lay off for a couple of days and come back to your old self

Like many others here at the Rx, I couldn't believe my good fortune yesterday when I stumbled into Homedawg's thread and discovered he had that much confidence in one play... Always finding his write ups interesting and insightful, I carefully read through it and it made good sense... I already had the game as a play on the same side along with two other plays, so I increased my own unit size from 2 to 5 units on it... For anyone that has been wagering over a long period of time, then you are fully aware of the risk involved as I was last night... In any event, Murphy's Law kicked in and we lost on it... Just one of those things.. I will still look forward to HD & SA write ups and give them their due attention to make my own decisions...

I'm sure HD knew by placing that dreaded GOY label on it, he would take some heat if it didn't cash... I simply cannot believe how much of it has poured in though...

Keep your head up Dawg and keep posting...

If he's not at breakeven for the season, he's only a couple of units under.


I honestly think that someone like HD who has a big following doesn't incur the wrath of the bashers. I think it's the loyal minions in his thread every day who seem to be shilling for him at every moment. I think those are the guys who piss off others who visit his threads and may have a losing night.

HD seems like a good guy and I haven't seen any behavior on his part that would cause this kind of hatred. I do know that I have ended up disliking posters, in the past, who had guys in their thread, every day, talking as if they were God and acting like bodyguards. It gets annoying after a while.

I've always felt he would be better off just posting in the tracking forum where he doesn't have to deal with the juvenile bullshit bashing.

Well put above. I hit it pretty hard last night as well, but blame nobody but myself. I knew Denver was a good hometeam and still elected to tail the HD. Had a good night otherwise using my own plays. If you are only betting tail plays then maybe you shouldn't be betting. Last time I checked this is no exact science.

Keep up the posts homedawg, love your writeups and more times than not like reading them to see if I'm on the same page as you. Best thing to do is read his posts and make your own decisions from that. I regularly have plays opposite HD, but I do love reading posts from both perspectives as generally the poster gives the info that supports their pick.

Come on Blue, it's not just one game. It's every big play this guy has had. He's just like the rest of us. He doesn't win them all. There are so many new and obviously young guys coming in here and starting a bunch of crap every night. I'm through with this usless shit. There is not one other person offering any solid in-depth information about their plays. Writeups give others a chance to learn something that we might not ordinarily know. If we don't agree then we don't have to play.We used to be able to come in here and get useful information without all of this drama. What a shame. Everything changes over time, including the RX.

I can understand people being upset though when most of the plays that he plays are 3 unit plays... he posts a 10 unit play, and the team gets absolutely demolished. A couple weeks before, the same type of play was posted for West Virginia over UConn... who ended up getting creamed as well. It seems like these big unit plays are the ones that are getting all of the critizism.
