To be honest, Im guessing its going to be someone in the American League due to the fact that a ton of good pitching that was in the American is now in the National...That leads me to believe that these guys will see better pitches to hit...Then again anything can happen but Im going with Albert Pujols or Jim Thome...Both put up great numbers last year and the whole Steroid thing will for sure keep Bonds and Sosa out.

A real sleeper would be Jeromy Burnitz who is starting in LF for the Rockies.

Must be. Looking forward to Pinny's and others going up. I thought Pinnacle had them on board by this time last season but might be wrong.

I would take a flier on Burnitz. He could be the modern-day Dave Kingman in Colorado.

I like the following, off the top of my head. haven't yet figured out which I will play, but, something to think about.

Wilson at 40 to 1. Shortened up his stroke last year and struck out less, and, he's playing in Colorado. He hit 36 last year. League leader hit 47.

Thomas at 50 to 1. This must be a mistake, or is there something I don't know about Thomas? Is he injured? He hit 42 last year and was tied for seventh in the league in 153 games. Tremendous value here.

Burrell at 50 to 1. This guy has struggled some with strikezone judgement, but, he's been working hard with Bowa in the offseason. This guy has absolutely prodigious power and, if he learns to judge the zone a bit better, he could hit 50 pretty easily.

Hope this helps.
