That stuff is kinda silly. Who really cares if a book takes 3 minutes of an hour to complete a transaction?

Fact is a book that's busy servicing lots of customers should take longer to complete a transaction than a book with a lesser amount of customers to handle.

Which is a good reason to consider a smaller SOLID shop - WITH GREAT customer service - and yes there are many!
