Holy Cross- Duke Game; Did most books have a line on this game?

I'm fairly upset tonight. Maybe I won't be in an hour or two. But had planned to bet HC + the 19 tonight. But WSEX did not offer the game . It's very rare I ever find fault with this book as they are TOP NOTCH in every respect. But this is a little strange to me.
