Their customer service is inept to the point of criminality.

I sent them a bank wire for $1000 on September 3, and they refuse to credit my account. I have faxed them the confirmation documents from my bank THREE times, emailed Customer Service twice, and called Customer Service three times. I spoke with Victor (the CS manager, or so I was told) once, but after that all I get is the runaround. In fact, yesterday they told me Victor would be in today and to call back. I did – and they tell me Victor is off today. I even took off work early so I could make that call.
The critical reader will be wondering what Victor's take was. He said there wasn't sufficient information on my first fax (weird), and that they never received my second fax (also weird). That evening I sent in the third fax. That was five days ago, and as I've indicated, they seem unwilling to even discuss the issue with me anymore.
