Theoretically if this happened, what would it entail?

1. Would Pin keep Holly up, but assume control?
2. Or would they dismantle the Holly we know and aquire their resourses/clients?
3. Other.

I'd assume that choice number 1 would occur, but I really don't know.

Hollyhwood already denied it in their forum and this one, so now we got Hollywood's word against Major's.

I ain't good at posting odds, but overall, I'd have to go with Hollywood.
