Hollywood /neteller account problem

Hollywood closed my neteller account because I requested a withdrawl. The vagueness on Hollywood's site to get my money cannot be more frustrating. How about I put in a withdrawl and you give me the money? Maybe just sticking with pinnacle is the safest/easiest!

I guess ther are two sides to every story so I'd like to hear theirs.

gee im so sure they closed your neteller account because you requested a withdrawal.... 1st off Hollywood doesn't have that power.

Neteller is a seperate company, Hollywood has no power to do that....

U might want to check with neteller and ask why your account was closed...

Contact B.J. Anderson @ BJ@Hollywood.com .....he will give you a straight answer, he is a good guy. I suspect you will be told to contact the Security Dept. at Neteller.

I can't wait to hear the rest of this story. Hollywood is as dependable as they come. Why would they want to cancel your Neteller account? There is obvious fraud going on here.

If you logged in from Canada into your NT account, it will be closed (temporarily for security reasons) AUTOMATICALLY by NT..if you are a US resident. I went to Vancouver last year, logged into my NT account and it said to call security. One call, 2 minutes later, everything was ok...call NT before making accusations..

I think everyone here knows that Hollywood is dependable, and does not close people's accounts because they request a w/d....

And BJ was in the office, and online, very early today, so the fact that he hasnt responded to a thread posted on Saturday night, doesnt mean he is "sleeping"....just maybe he gets time off....I already emailed him the link to this, and know that he will respond as soon as he gets in....

Geez guys, stomie is complaining his NETeller account is closed. He needs to contact NETeller. The fact the he tried a withdrawal from Hollywood is completely incidental. He's been told to contact NETeller.

I can't understand the posters who come here and complain before they telephone the appropriate place.

actually he said that hollywood cancelled the neteller transaction by phone. im thinking this is probably some kind of bonus issue or something.

best guess is that this is all a misunderstanding and our friend will probably owe an appology for this thread.
