Hillary Clinton, who recently raked in $5 million dollars in speaking fees in 15 months, recounted to Diane Sawyer the sad tale of her former destitution, telling her, “We came out of the White House not only dead broke but in debt.”
According to Clinton, she and her husband, who has made over $100 million since leaving the White House, “struggled to, you know, piece together the resources for mortgages for houses, for Chelsea’s education, you know, it was not easy.”
---

It goes on. This is her preemptive campaign strike for 2016...the economy is in disastrous shape (thanks to her party, ironically), so she's letting us know she REALLY feels and relates to the pain of everyone's struggles. "Bill and I know what it's like to be po'h too, y'all!"

I'm sure so many Americans will be able to relate to having mortgages on multiple properties, paying a modest $2 million for their daughter's wedding and being forced into the grueling manual labor of giving speeches in exchange for a paltry $200k/pop.

Give me a fucking break. Does this party have even one non-phony in its ranks?

THIS is the type of thing that hopefully can derail Hillary on the Democratic side, not Benghazi nonsense. She's out of touch. There are Democrats (Schweitzer, Warren, O'Malley?)that hopefully see this and will try to get traction. Doubtful though because then the R's start Benghazi, Benghazi, Benghazi again, and they rally the base around her.

O'Malley might just be worse than Hillary.

I'm seeing a lot of stuff coming out from her and her people trying to distance herself from Obama.

She's making herself sound like McCain did 3 years ago on Obama's Syria policy.

And regarding the 2008 campaign, "They asked me to attack Sarah Palin but I refused."

That was mighty white of her.
