Actually 50% is not the target line....270 electoral votes handles it.
At this writing, Clinton will win every state won by Obama in 2012 so unless a half dozen or more suddenly change course and vote Trump (lol) or Romney (who they passed on in 2012), the vision of a Congressional-appointed POTUS is far fetched
Obama gets hammered daily in the media, both the small amount of Liberal media that remains(small dayparts of MSNBC at night), The Mainstream CNN, and the networks, and the Major Portion of the Media, the Conservative Mainstream Media(Fox and their ilk). Even with that, Obama has a net positive rating. Pretty amazing actually, except when you look at the facts. Markets way up, Unemployment way down, No 911 style attacks on his watch.
Sounds like you righties need to get in shape what with us kicking your ass steady for eight years now.
Or maybe you could start a cable news station that caters to an audience with a median viewer age of 68 years old and approximately 75% male.
Then you could spew Right Thinking American propog------ errrrrr, information 24/7 and surely that would raise your pull on males age 18-55 and women of all ages.
You just need to get better organized and you could swing this population!
