I made the U.S. Olympic self-gratification team. Lost in the gold medal round in a controversial fashion to a Kazakhstani. Apparently he had the judges pulling for him and I came just short.

If my memory serves me I believe that's JUCO, not college and I believe there were 3 different JUCO's involved. How's my memory, Rail?

You must be quite an athlete then! My sports career peaked in 6th grade.

Played high school jv baseball and have not been heard from since.

Played in the USGA Amateur Public Links (prequalifying) (and sucked). Then, anyone could play, now I think you need at least an 8 something handicap (which I was anyway). Naturally, in order to actually win or be competitive in the tournament you've got be a plus handicap. Interestingly, one of the guys in my foursome ended up winning the whole thing and got to play in the Masters.

Mr. Basketball in SC in 2003 in 1A classification. Unfortunately, signed during my JR. year of high school at a local D2 College because I wanted to be close to home and immediately make an impact. Unfortunately, didnt see eye to eye with the coach so it was 4 years of hell.

I thought you couldn't sign a letter of intent until signing day of your senior year? Might be wrong, just asking what you mean by signing?
