Besides Netzero, can anyone recommend a high speed dial up that uses Outlook Express and a pop up blocker?

SM,
For a popup block the "Google Toolbar" works well - plus it has a search box linked to Google Search.

(not to mention a highlight text button).

I absolutely love the product.

Thanks Lander

Only one response, so I guess those who use high speed dialup prefer Netzero. I just thought maybe there might be another internet provider that was comparable.

I thought Netzero was one of those "cut-rate" internet services. I didn't know they had some type of high speed service. Is it available in most areas and is it faster in connecting to the net or surfing from site to site.

Netzero is only $9.95 per month and not bad for a dial up service. I tried their so called hi-speed internet and thought it was just alright. I know it was a little bit faster loading pages but I don't know about the so called 5 times faster. Still dial up looks like slow motion compared to cable, DSL, and the likes.

SM,
If you're a dedicated bettor then I would hight recommend paying the 29.95 that most DSL providers charge & heck, you can even go halves with a neighbor (if they need an ISP too) with simple to use wireless Routing equiptment (like Linksys , Belken , etc ...)

Overall my experience with dial-up internet service is to get one of the local providers as the service is MUCH better than one of the big name national companies like msn or aol.

You only have to talk with ONE person to get any problem straightened out, whereas with the big 2 listed above they play the "ticket number game". I HATE THAT
