For example if Biden's support rallies do not draw any sizeable crowds, how does it prove that crowd size do NOT equate to votes??

It should actually read that small crowds do equate to not getting votes and/or that large crowds do equate.

Also re: boat parades, if the implication is that boat parades do NOT equate to votes(with the implication being that Trump has lots of them and Biden does not),

as written, the implication as written is that Trump's Biden Boat Parades don't help him at all.

Frankly I am not surprised at stuff like this as many of the Trump supporters who tweet aren't all that intelligent or educated and/or do not how
