Early games:
Michigan -3 over 123.5 (This game clinches Michigan's first out-right conference championship since 1983, look for the wolverinces to halt Illinois' short lived win streak.) Also believe that this game will go over, Michigan games on the road O/U 6-3, while Illinois at home 6-7 (compaired to 1-9 for Illinois on the road)...Think this will be close throughout, Illinois playing for the bubble, Mich for the conference, they will be shooting free throws and fouling at the end of this game and that will push it over. Also look for Mich to get out in transition to get some easy buckets, and stauskas has been back to form with his 3 point shot.
G-Town +3.5 G-town a dog at home, Love it. After their 5 game losing streak mid-season where they just completely shut down offensively, they have been just relentless at home. 4-1 SU and 5-0 ATS only loss coming to Nova in a game they led most of the way. This team is playing to be on the bubble and they will get that bid if they can somehow beat Creighton No. 13 and Nova No. 8 their last two games. They'll be highly motivated tonight after a tough tough loss to Marquette 5 days ago. They know it's now or never for this club and with Creighton losing their talented PG Zierden, I like G-town to zero in on McD and slow this fast paced offense down. Take the Hoya's.
Baylor Iowa St. Under 148
Man I loved baylor before I noticed how much the public is in love with them. There are 3 seniors on Baylors team playing their last game, and mix that with them being on the bubble and you know this Baylor squad is going to come out pumped up. But all I can remember is when Iowa St. came into Stillwater and got the win when OkSt. was still hot and ranked No. 8 I believe? ehhh it's a toss up. part of me wants to take Iowa St. just because I think this is too big a scenerio for those baylor players to handle. I think they will be overhyped and miss their shots. BUT I do expect GREAT effort on the defensive end. Baylor's O/U at home this year is 3-7 while on the road is 7-0 so there is a HUGE contrast in how well this defense steps up on their home court. Iowa St. also see's a big contrast with their O/U away as opposed to home. I'll be taking the Under straight for a UNIT bet, and throwing a .5 Unit parlay in on Iowa St. ML and the under.

Rhode Island -9.5 - This is the tale of two teams. Fordham started out the year competitive, but after a couple heart breakers, they slowly dwidled away and are looking forward to offseason partying and leisure time. As for RI, they are well coached and want to finish the season strong. The line says it all as the previous match up between these squads this year was won by Fordham 85-79. Fordham ATS away this year is 3-8 and a lowsy 1-4 in their last 5. While RI is coming off a blow-out win over a talented Richmond team, and a blow-out win IN BONNIE TOWN where we all know it's very hard to win or even cover for that matter. I like the Rams here to get revenge in a big way. Also note that this is RI's last game of the year and a home game, they will want to finish strong in front of their fans, while Fordham has to travel over to GW on saturday where they will receive another BEATING, this season for Fordham can't end soon enough.
WAKE +12
Tough spot for the Blue Devils. They have their nemesis NC on deck who they received a tough loss to not too much more than a week ago. They get Wake who although down this year, has given Duke trouble historicaly at home. Duke 1-4 ATS in Wake, Wake 6-4 ATS vs. duke last 10 meetings. This is Wake's last home game of the year in front of their fans, they will play hard the entire game and cover.
SMU -2 (bought half point) and under 136
Well, two of the best coached teams in all of college ball square off in a game I've had circled for a few weeks now. I REALLY like this southern methodist team. I will have them in my final 4. They are 17-1 at home this year, their only loss coming against another team I REALLY like, Virginia, who depending on bracket alignment I also will have in my final 4. Not only are they 17-1 at home, they are 11-3 against the spread 11-3! Louisville beat them earlier in the season, I like SMU to get revenge here tonight in their final home game. Man I can't wait to watch this one. BTW I bought half a point because I really think this game will come down to one possession. Just hoping the mustangs get that posession.
