I used to be like that. Bet against a team I'm a fan of with the theory that if they win, then I'm ok with that, and if they lose I can profit. Needless to say after losing thousands on that stupid tactic, I stopped doing that fast and now bet objectively and only pick who I think will actually win.

I guess it has different results for everyone. I remember losing 10K, and thinking to myself, I had to change my strategy. Since then, I've been completely objective for every game. Doesn't matter who they are anymore.

Do a search in the hockey forum and you will see my record is about 11-2 in single games the last week of the regular season and the playoffs. Yes I lost 1 unit on the Islanders series and 1 unit on the Rangers series but I have a 3 unit play on Ottawa for the series and had Ottawa in game 1. Get your info correct before you make your post. I am up a shit load of money in the NHL over the last few months and have posted all the plays here for all.
