QL is right - lets not insult each other like 12 year olds. Out debate someone, make sense out of you're point of view and explain why their's is flawed but do it with intelligence and subject matter knowledge, not insults.
Any moron can call someone else a moron. Winning a debate by making sense of you're stance on an issue is IMO impressive and badly needed here in this forum.

Three cheers for idealism Wil! However, that would involve a set of groundrules being established.
For instance, let's say someone were to post a ridiculous article or opinion, which was point-by-point shredded by another poster who attacked only the opinion or its premise, not its presentor. It follows that it should not be permissible for the original poster to reply, "Taking a break from listening to Limpbaugh and slamming down vodka, Willie."
