The legislature rules over all and ignores the wishes of the majority - Some day, the roles will reverse and the Commonwealth will indeed be a commonwealth for all again - until that time, I will vote each election day for the party of my choice - the party of honor, integrity, and the American way - The Party of Ronald Reagan and Theodore Roosevlt, The Grand Ole (Republican) Party!

It doesn't seem the "wishes" of the majority are being ignored in Mass. You elect Dem Senators every time & you always vote your "Electorals" to the Dems.

The geriatrics patients, welfare immigrants, public employees, and academic intellectuals and their students vote for the Dems - most of the working stiffs, the taxpayers, are now voting for the GOP - the problem is that working tax payers are a minority in the Peoples Republic of Taxachussetts.

Trent is no longer the majority leader, Teddy is still in his leadership position, and the Grand Supreme Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan, Democratic Senator from W Virginia, Robert Byrd is still in there - in a very top leadership position.
Tell me kid, if a republican was a member of the KKK or left the scene of a car accident and death, do you think he'd still be in office, or would the Dems have run him off - the way they did Trent Lott?
