Can't you guys even give the doom and gloom scenarios a rest? Your incessant whining is aggravating my celebration:

Who is a wacko??

The difference between a "Wacko" and a Bushie??

Very simple .. the avg Bushie is CLUELESS on all subjects ....

You will see ... you wanted Bush .. you now have the head of the Neo-Cons in a Lameduck situation with War their main agenda ....

Sometimes you wish for something .. you open it up .. and then realize you wish you got something else

Good luck to this country ... they sold Fear and America bit

Hey Doc - you couldn't be more wrong - I wished for Kerry to be gone - and - he's gone!

Doc, did you ever think that the guy in the mirror might be wrong? That President Bush and all of his supporters might be doing the right thing by takig the war to the middle east, rather than allowing it to be fought here? - Think about it.

Sorry, we are in a war in Iraq???

A country that clearly had no ties to 9-11 ... where 15 of the 19 hijackers are from a country the Bush family is deep in bed with

Iraq is a wrong war .. even Bush's old man said that

This is scary ... the temp gauge for all out war rose sharply with the Neo-Cons back in charge ... as well as the completely shredding of the Constitution ...

You will see .. I think it is really a sad statement about the political landscape in this country when folks are actually cheering about Bush being back in the White House .. think about what he stands for and the wreckage he has brought to this country .. WITH MUCH MORE ON THE WAY, SPORTS FANS

Hey Doc, If the terrorists go to Iraq to fight as insurgents, they aren't coming to the US to create havoc here - Say what you want, but I sleep soundly at night knowing that the terrorists are there and not here!

Don't read it, then. Pretty simple as far as I can tell.

bblight, you say you sleep better at night knowing we are fighting in Iraq.

WHY???

Osama bin Laden (the one that was behind 9/11 not Iraq) is still at large and able to do what he wants.

We have given up trying to find him to get someone out of power that had nothing to do with the attacks.

Bin Laden doesn't mind sitting in occlusion waiting for another attack. He will plan and plan and then attack. He is the opposite as Bush as he will sit back and PLAN an attack and not jump into a situation that can't be won.

Focus is in the wrong place, just time until something else happens (I hope it doesn't though)

Line breaker - I thought I said it already - I assume you can read, so here is the complete paragraph again "Hey Doc, If the terrorists go to Iraq to fight as insurgents, they aren't coming to the US to create havoc here - Say what you want, but I sleep soundly at night knowing that the terrorists are there and not here!"

I didn't mention anything about osama or ay other terrorist - The terrorists are in Iraq fighting as insurgents - if they're in Iraq, they aren't in the US - their resources are tied up in Iraq to support the insurgents, so thjey can't afford to send anyone to the US -

Now I can say it ten other ways, but I'm sure that even you left wingers can come out of your stupor long enough to comprehend a simple thought - "IF they are in Iraq, they aren't here!

Next time I take my dog out for a dump, I won't take him to the park. Instead, I will pay you a housecall and have my dog shît on your pillow.

I just don't want to be bothered with it. You understand.

do you think the ALL the terrorists in the world are going to fight in Iraq??

you may be right that some are going to iraq but has lead you to believe that all the terrorist in the world are going there.

Line Breaker - I'll answer your question with a question: How amny terrorist acts have occurred in the United States since we invaded Iraq?

If you said "none" then you got it right. None!

you are right that they have been no attacks in the US since Iraq was invaded (thank god)

but how many terrorists attacks have there been in the US in the past. not many.

this isn't the middle east where attacks happen everyday

the point is that when an attack does happen it seems to be very big and hurts us really bad.

OBL doesnt' do daily attacks he will sit back and PLAN and then have a big strike,

just because it doesn't happen everyday doesn't mean that it won't happen in the future

one attack every 4-5 years would be devastating for our country, that is all i am saying, i know we wont get attacked everyday

just seems to be common sense (my point of view) from how OBL has operated in the past

This war is being fought on two fronts - first is to go after the terrorsts and their supporting infrastructure. Next is to create a culture where the terrorist recruiters can find no one to recruit!

If you look at this as protecting the US tomorrow as well as today, then it makes eminent sense to create a Democracy right in the middle of the middle east - now everyone will be able to see the advantages that democracy can bring to a culture.

Remember that the enemy of my enemy is my friend - and Saddam would have befriended anyone who could have caused us grief and diverted our attention while he continued to cause mischief.
