Heritage helped me in a wagering error which would have cost me $1500 (at the time that this happened losing $1500 would have been pretty eventful) In any event...they managed to help me with a wagering error which favored them and turned it around in my favor (once I provided documentation)
In any event...their customer service was top notch. I can't say much else about the book. I played with them back when they did paypal. My paypal withdrawals were always processed within 5 minutes. That made me happy. I stopped playing there really for no reason at all. I'm pretty loyal to Pinnacle and Oly now so that's why I won't play anywhere else. Heritage is good for most though.
I didn't play there long enough to have my limits reduced... Also... I never once bet the limit either.
