md....i haven't followed one bit but from what i heard, this case is iffy at best.

however, the second murder trial which I think takes place after this one is over.....i hear is a slam dunk for the prosecution.

this is the funniest part to me.
He picks up a check when a larger group he was with had dinner about 3 hrs before murders.

hernandez%20tip.jpg

They show the bill and his tip around 1:40 and the reporter basically
trolls him for being a lousy tipper.Loser!@#0

I think he is going to beat the rap on this one. Way too much circumstantial evidence. Defense will be able to provide reasonable doubt.

A lot of circumstantial evidence because they don't have the gun. But everything points to this clown pulling the trigger.
They have him at the scene, they have a bullet casing that matches the murder weapon in the rental car he returned the next day. They have a ton against this guy, just no weapon or video of him actually pulling the trigger. I would put it at 50/50 right now which sucks because we ALL know he did it.

Put it this way....his fiance's sister was dating Lloyd.....so NO one was making the decision or pulling the trigger to kill him except for AH.

I must be following a different trial. I think 95% chance they find him guilty.

I would lay odds that he ends up guilty....don't think a video or a gun will be needed in this one..Jury can see that getting rid of the gun was just about the only thing he did that was smart...

They don't have the murder weapon so the casing in the car matches a glock but not necessarily hernandez glock. I think he will be convicted on 2nd degree murder because the amount of scientific evidence is substantial but there is no real clear motive yet because the defense is portraying Lloyd has Hernandez good friend. Plus hernandez was high and drunk during the murder so impaired judgement and not enough evidence to support 1st degree capitol murder
