Hernandez Prop Question

I made the bet that Aaron Hernandez would finish the game with an even number of rushing yards. It was -105 for even and -105 for odd. Despite the fact that he got a few carries in each of the last few games, I felt that the even bet was great value because he very well might not get any carries and therefore would end up with 0 rushing yards. Zero is an even number so I thought this would be a winner. When game ended and he had not received any carries I thought I had a winner for sure, but my local this morning said that the bet is no action because he did not receive any carries. My local said that because he had no attempts, he is not even registered as having any rushing yards, so he didn't really have 0 rushing yards. He said eventhough none of the offensive linemen don't get carries, they don't get registered as having 0 rushing yards. I think this is total BS, and that the offensive linemen cop out is ridiculous. There is a reason there weren't bets offered for the offensive linemen's total rushing yards, but there was one for Hernandez. What do you guys think? I think this bet should definitely be a win, not a push. I made the bet because I thought he would end up with zero, never ever considered that might be graded as no action.

zero is considered an even number in mathmatics...

It is easy to directly prove that zero is even:

A number is called even if it is an integer multiple of 2. As an example, the reason that 10 is even is that it equals 5 × 2. In the same way, zero is an integer multiple of 2, namely 0 × 2, so zero is even.[1]

but the prop should be considered no action since there was zero carries.

I think it's clear that he'd have to gain positive yardage for the bet to have action.

No, he'd have to have at least 1 carry, for the bet to have action. 1 carry for zero yards would be a winner.

Last Man Standing, was there any verbiage in the prop bet; (ie) Must have a carry for bet to be action?
Sometimes they'll do that to lessen confusion. But either way I think unfortunately it's probably graded correctly.

Nope I checked, did not say he must have a carry for the bet to have action. That being said, I'm kind of shocked that most of you guys think it is graded correctly. I gave my local a bit of a verbal lashing this morning and now looks like I may be in the wrong...
