I think that's horseshit IMO. Coaches work 100+ hours a week... and all I ever see is arm chair quarterbacks saying what they would and wouldn't have done differently AFTER THE FACT. These armchair quarterbacks can be UPS drivers, Postal workers, day traders, restuarant managers... It doesn't seem to matter.... EVERYBODY knows more than the guy who's working his ass off to do the job.
His "mistakes" don't really effect that many people. If you chose to bet on a game and someone's mistake costs you a win... Well I think that HARDLY gives you any right to *****.
You're making a different point now... You're saying the guy shouldn't be the coach... That's fine. That arguement can be made for several people. But since none of us will ever be in the position to make a call as crucial as that... Speculating really does no good.
My point in all of this is it's too bad when someone who's had as much class as Herm Edwards gets attacked by a bunch of "know-it-alls" on a GAMBLING MESSAGE BOARD because of one mistake he made. It's too bad ESPN didn't cover what we did at work
"Did you see that.... WorldRunner just took his THIRD lunchbreak of the day!!!I can't believe they keep him around."
